
CPTs (Cockpit Procedure Trainers) are used as supplementary training devices for cockpit identification as well as cockpit procedure training. Instrument panels are generally replaced by simple, flat (two-dimensional) drawings or photos, but important controls are provided as three-dimensional and some of them as partially functional.
Air Crew Training is equipped with CPTs for all CSA operated aircraft types (A310-300, B737-500 and ATR). Training is carried out on the following trainers:
