Professional Courses For Technical Personnel

 





A well trained technical staff is one of the keys to safe operations. Training programmes are designed so as to achieve an optimal balance between theory and practice. Courses are lead by experienced and qualified instructors who use modern methods of instruction.

Training programmes reflect the requirements of valid regulations, and are continuously updated. Besides its standard offer, the Training Centre is able to prepare selected courses to fulfil the specific requirements of customers.

Types of aircraft:

  • A 310-300
  • B 737 300/400/500
  • ATR 72-200, ATR 42-320 and ATR 42-400
For the above mentioned aircraft types, the Training Centre offers the following:

Type-rating training

  • ATA 104 - Level 1 ------ General familiarisation with the type
    - provides brief information on the airframe, systems and engines of the given aircraft type
  • ATA 104 - Level 2 ------ Transit maintenance
    - provides basic information on systems of control for component indicators and their locations and purposes on the given aircraft type the servicing and removal of possible simple defects
  • ATA 104 - Level 3 ------ Route and basic maintenance
    - provides detailed description on (and the location of parts on) the given aircraft type, and procedures for the removal of defects
    • A 310-300 with CF6 - 80 engines - for flight mechanics
    • A 310-300 - for avionics
    • B 737- 300/400/500 with CFM 56 engines - for flight mechanics
    • B 737- 300/400/500 - for avionics
    • ATR 72-200 with PW 124B engines - for flight mechanics
    • ATR 72-200 - for avionics
    • ATR 42-320 with PW 121 engines - for flight mechanics
    • ATR 42-320 - for avionics
    • ATR 42-400 with PW 121A engines - for flight mechanics
    • ATR 42-400 - for avionics

Engine tests for the above-mentioned aircraft types

  • engine test for the CF6 80 engine
  • engine test for the CFM 56 engine

APU - Starting and Attendance

  • auxiliary unit GTCP 85-129

Airframe repairs

  • theoretical and practical aspects of the individual phases of airframe repairs on the given aircraft type

Connectors - crimping

  • new technology for connecting of conductors

Work with composites

  • basics of composite fabrication and repair techniques

Metalwork - basic



Aircraft de-icing

  • de-icing procedures on the apron
